  1. Send an email to support@bridgebase.com
    It will usually take us about a day to process your email. It may take longer if the email needs to bounce around within BBO. We deal with a lot of junk mail. If your email is ignored, try sending a different, shorter email.
  2. Visit our discussion groups at forums.bridgebase.com
  3. For matters related to rude behaviour, send email to abuse@bridgebase.com
  4. For matters related to billing, credit cards, and so on, send email to accounting@bridgebase.com
  5. Contact a support volunteer while logged into BBO. Support volunteers have yellow usernames.
  6. Email us individually. You can figure out our email addressed from our BBO usernames. Tack on a "@bridgebase.com", of course.
