BBO membership is 100% free.
Our membership, made up of hundreds of thousands of bridge players from over one hundred countries, range from complete beginners to World Champions. BBO is alive twenty-four hours a day, every day, pulsing with life from the thousands upon thousands of players, tables, hands, bids and plays.
We offer various forms of free bridge to our members including all kinds of duplicate or Total Point games, casual or tournaments. We also offer a full suite of bridge education and training tools for free.
In addition to the standard free bridge offering, we have optional premium tournaments, like the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) tournaments that may cost an entry fee but will allow members to win ACBL masterpoints just like in bridge tournaments across North America.
Almost all of the world's premier bridge tournaments are broadcast live through our site. We call this facility "Vugraph" and it is extremely popular. Leading experts augment the educational and entertainment value of these broadcasts by providing commentary and analysis. You may have never thought of bridge as a spectator sport, but our live vugraph broadcasts will convince you otherwise! As with most of BBO, access to vugraph is 100% free.
