Problems getting started?

Bridge Base Online is "supposed to" work in any modern browser on Windows, Mac or Linux.

With that out of the way:

• Try clearing your browser's cache.
• Your browser might be blocking BBO from popping up. If this is the case, there might be an information bar right under the URL.
• Your browser needs a reasonable version of the Flash Player from Adobe. You can get that here.
• You probably don't want to disable Javascript while running BBO.
